Dr. Calvert specializes in the surgical treatment of soft tissue and bone tumors affecting the musculoskeletal system. He treats benign and malignant tumors in patients of all ages including children and adolescents. As a member of City of Hopes musculoskeletal program, Dr. Calvert works with other sarcoma specialists to provide state of the art multi-disciplinary care for patients with these rare cancers. His research efforts focus on improving the surgical techniques employed in the treatment of sarcomas.

James Tibone, MD. Dr. Tibone is a physician with the Kerlan-Jobe Orthopaedic Clinic in Los Angeles. He earned his medical degree at Jefferson Medical College in Philadelphia and completed his residency in orthopedic surgery at Harbor General Hospital in Torrance, Calif. Dr. Tibone also completed a fellowship in sports medicine at Kerlan-Jobe. He is a member of the American Shoulder and Elbow Surgeons, American Orthopaedic Society for Sports Medicine and American Academy of Orthopaedic Surgeons. Dr. Tibone has authored several professional publications and delivers lectures on his research. In addition to his work with the Ducks, Dr. Tibone serves as an associate orthopedic consultant with the Los Angeles Dodgers, Los Angeles Kings and Los Angeles Lakers.
