The Power of Diet for Treating Mental Illness
July 1, 2025TRENDING WELLNESS TOPIC: Newer Uses of GLP-1 Agonists
What is the problem?
GLP-1 agonists have been approved by the FDA for management of obesity and diabetes, but recent clinical studies have shown potent efficacy for other important metabolic indications as well. These medications have proven to be very effective but they do have side effects. Healthcare professionals need to know the pros and cons of using GLP-1 agonists, as well as assess the right candidates who may benefit from using them.
